SMS Terms of Service (A2P 10DLC)

Program name: Ronit Gordon Real Estate Customer Care. Purpose: transactional and conversational SMS related to real estate services you have requested, including property inquiries, appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, showing confirmations, property and listing updates, follow-up communications, and other real estate-related service messages.

How you opt in: you provide your mobile number and check the unchecked SMS consent box on the contact form at ronitgordon.com/contact, or you expressly request text communication when you call or email our office. We do not purchase, rent, or import phone numbers, and we never pre-check the consent box.

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our website form, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Ronit Gordon — Your Home Agent.

  • Message frequency varies — typically 2–6 messages per month, depending on your inquiry.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from future SMS messages. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages.
